Clean Environment All systems must have dust filters – wall mounted units have additional filters for removal of mould, bacteria and odors. Some models even feature Nano Titanium Filtration System. With dehumidification functions sufferers of respiratory problems can breathe a sigh of relief. In keeping with a clean environment We use only ozone friendly refrigerants. By eliminating harmful emissions and providing the most energy-efficient heating system the greater environment can benefit too.

DUCTED GAS SYSTEMS
Ducted system to heat multiple areas - usually the most inexpensive way to heat a whole house in terms of both installation and running costs. There are different sized systems for different size houses.
A rough guide is 1kW will heat 1 square of house (i.e. a 20 square house will require a 20kW unit).
There has recently been much improvement in the efficiency of ducted heaters. Each unit has a Star Rating as an indication of its efficiency - they range from 2 star (standard efficiency), to 3 and 4 star (Mid efficiency) up to 4, 5 and 5 ½ Stars (High efficiency).
For larger homes Zoning is recommended to further reduce running costs. Certain areas (zones) of the house can be turned off - i.e. bedrooms off through the day or formal living areas independent of other zones.
We install a range of different brands and are able to install the heater either in the ceiling or under the floor, if there is adequate clearance. A ducted heater can have a timer controller to allow you to set the system to turn on and off at different times and temperatures throughout the week.

HYDRONIC HEATING
Hydronic Heating is widely recognized as the best central heating system available as each room is individually and effectively warmed by radiated and convected heat. Radiated heat travels directly from the surface of radiators to warm people, furniture and walls in the room whilst.
It is also common for homes with Concrete Slab floors and flat roofs to have Hydronic heating as it is very difficult to find adequate space for the ducting and units and is therefore often prohibitively expensive.
To install Hydronic heating, a Gas Furnace is installed on the outside of the house – this looks similar to a regular instant Hot Water system – this is connected via insulated plastic piping to each of the Radiant Panels which are wall mounted in each of the rooms that heating is required.
There is a massive range of different style indoor radiant panels – each of the different dimensions can be matched to both the heating load required and the specific size desired for the optimal look inside each individual room. There are literally hundreds of different combinations of Height, Length and Depth. Generally the heights available are 300, 500, 600 or 900mm and Lengths from 300 to 3000mm.
It is popular to have Towel Rail Panels in Bathroom areas – these can have either a white or chrome finish. And there are Radiator Panels in amazing designer styles for those wanting to make a feature or statement with the heating – popular with architects and modern designs.
The whole system is designed to the specific heat load and the desired style or finish to your home – and extra panels can be easily added to an existing system if extra rooms are added to the home.
Controls:
Generally there is a Room Thermostat installed into the Main living area of the home – this turns the system on and off and regulates the temperature in the main living zone. Usually each Bedroom and Study area will have an individual Thermostatic control installed on the supply valve on the bottom of the Wall Mounted Radiator Panel – this is a simple to operate dial and allows operation of an individual temperature in each of these rooms. This provides fantastic zoning ability so that each Bedroom can be operated to its own different temperature, or unused rooms can simply be turned off.
Pricing:
For an estimated price for installation of Hydronic heating each wall mounted panel will cost approx $1,200 (inc GST and installation of boiler and all piping). EG: a 190m2 or 20 square house may have approx 8 to 10 panels at a total installation cost of approximately $9,600 to $12,000 inc GST.
DUCTED SPLIT SYSTEMS
This unit is designed to cool and heat multiple areas. There are different sizes for different size areas. To reduce installation and running costs, the system is often zoned so that only part of the house is running at one time. A common set up has a day zone (living areas) and night zone (bedrooms).
